In summary, Councillor Hodge’s motion abandons the Spring Creek Urban Growth Framework

Plan, nominates Duffields Road as Torquay’s western boundary, and recommends further research and investigation in revising Torquay/Jan Juc’s role as a growth node.

Unanimously voted in favor by the Councillors, the red crowd within the Club rooms erupted with applause and cheers.
